Plan Descriptions - CyberOne Phone Residential (Private Home Users)

  • C1 ADSL & Phone Cap
     Save with Free Local & National Calls, No Telephone Line Rental Fees and selected ADSL (or ADSL2+) Broadband Plans combined into great packages, with NO excess Internet data download charges. This plan is available free as a part of CyberOne ADSL PhoneCap Planswith prices as low as $79.95/month. The plan is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) to allow us to offer free calls for people who make normal amounts of phone calls. To do this we have to restrict people who abuse or use the service excessively.

  • C1 Phone Cap
     Save with Free Local & National Calls and No Telephone Line Rental Fees. Price is discounted by $20 if this phone plan is combined with CyberOne Internet Service (Dialup or ADSL or Wireless Broadband). You will also be eligble for a discounted (bundled) price on our Internet service (additional saving up to 50% off our standard monthly Internet fees, depending on chosen Internet plan). The plan is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) to allow us to offer free calls for people who make normal amounts of phone calls. To do this we have to restrict people who abuse or use the service excessively.

    You now have a choice to combine your Internet and Phone Service in one bill from CyberOne and receive discounted phone line rental and a generous discount on your monthly Internet subscriptions. Savings can be as high as 50% off our standard monthly Internet fees.

    • CyberOne Phone Plans are strictly for residential (private home) customers. Surcharges are applied to business customers who subscribe to CyberOne Residential Phone Services.     Call Waiting tells you if a new caller is trying to contact you when you are already on the phone.

  • Call Forward / Call Divert (Free)
    Call Forward transfers calls to a number you choose. Forwarded calls are charged at standard rates.

  • Call Return (Free)
    Retrieve the number of your last unanswered call and then return the call. Calls are charged at standard rates.

  • 3 Way Chat / 3 Way Call (Free)
    Allows you to chat with two people at once. A 55c call connection charge applies. Calls are charged at standard rates.

  • Call Back (Free)
    Keep trying a busy number for you and alert you when the called number is free. A 33c/callback charge applies. Calls are charged at standard rates.

  • Calling Number Display / Caller ID ($6.00/month)
    Displays caller's number allowing you to screen calls before deciding to answer. This feature requires a 'caller id' enabled handset.

  • Multiple Number ($6.00/month)
    Easily distinguish call types - eg. personal calls from business calls
