CyberOne ADSL Plans Description

NOTES:
* Standard 'Client Service Agreement', combined with ADSL Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) apply.
If an ADSL service is bundled (combined) with a Telephony service then Telephony Terms & Conditions also apply.

*2 Monthly Fees:

• Monthly Fees are subscription prices charged for the selected ADSL service. Some plans include additional usage charging component which, if applicable, is clearly indicated in a plan's description.
• Full schedule of fees applicable to this service can be found in 'CHARGES & FEES' section of ADSL Terms & Conditions and in 'Schedule of Fees' section of 'Client Service Agreement'.
• Pricing displayed here for ADSL/ADSL2+ services bundled with CyberOne Phone DO NOT include fees for phone service, which are charged separately. The exception to this are CyberOne ADSL Phone Cap plans, which include the phone service and free calls component in the price of the service.
• Due to the increased cost of providing ADSL services in the state of Tasmania, all services provisioned in Tasmania incur additional monthly surcharges of $2.95 for standard ADSL services (speeds up to 1.5Mbps) and $12.95 for Fast ADSL (speeds up to 20Mbps) and ADSL2+ services.

*3 Maximum Speeds:

• ADSL/ADSL22+ speeds of 20Mbps downstream and 1Mbps upstream are theoretical maximum download and upload speeds achievable. Your actual achieved speed may vary substantially depending on a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic and equipment. About 50% of customers on the 20Mbps service can access speeds around 10Mbps or more.
• Fast ADSL speeds of 8Mbps downstream and 384kbps upstream are theoretical maximum download and upload speeds achievable. Your actual achieved speed may vary substantially depending on a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic and equipment. About 70% of customers on the 8Mbps service can access speeds around 6Mbps or more.
